Partnership Manager

Buenos Aires, Argentina (remote)

Baola brand, is an ambitious crypto-related project aimed at providing services to individual customers in selected countries of Latin America, with plans to expand further into the LATAM region. Customers will be able to use the Baola crypto-wallet and execute card payments with the card linked to the wallet. We are expanding the development team so we are looking for a Partnership Manager to join us.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with our neobanking and fintech ecosystem

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive product distribution, user growth, and revenue

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring value delivery and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, legal, marketing, etc.) to execute partnership integrations

  • Monitor performance of partnerships and report on KPIs and strategic impact

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances — preferably in fintech, payments, or banking

  • Strong network and understanding of the fintech and financial services ecosystem

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and partnerships simultaneously

  • Commercially driven, with an eye for win-win collaborations

  • Understanding of neobanking services, embedded finance, or digital banking platforms is a strong advantage

  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability
