Marketing Manager

Baola brand, is an ambitious crypto-related project aimed at providing services to individual customers in selected countries of Latin America, with plans to expand further into the LATAM region. Customers will be able to use the Baola crypto-wallet and execute card payments with the card linked to the wallet. We are expanding the development team so we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join us.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for neobanking solutions across B2B and B2C segments
Own and manage performance marketing, digital campaigns, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
Build and grow the company’s brand presence, voice, and narrative across digital platforms
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, support customer acquisition, and optimize conversion funnels
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize based on data and KPIs
Manage relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners
Take ownership of the marketing budget, ROI, and reporting to the executive team
Prepare to scale a marketing team — lead hiring and team development as the company grows
Requirements
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments
Proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, etc.
Strong understanding of neobanking, financial services, or payment solutions is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven, and highly adaptable
Ambition to grow into a CMO role and lead marketing at scale
