Senior Business Analyst

Buenos Aires, Argentina (remote)

Baola brand, is an ambitious crypto-related project aimed at providing services to individual customers in selected countries of Latin America, with plans to expand further into the LATAM region. Customers will be able to use the Baola crypto-wallet and execute card payments with the card linked to the wallet. We are expanding the development team so we are looking for a BA to join us.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the fintech or finance sector.

  • Practical understanding of financial processes, payment systems, and the cryptocurrency market.

  • Ability to analyze, document, and manage business requirements.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), particularly using JIRA/Confluence.

  • Experience in developing processes for organizing internal team operations and analyzing the company's existing processes.

  • Ability to create BPMN diagrams and visualizations for business and technical processes.

  • Proficiency in English (B2+).

  • Proficiency in Spanish (B2+).


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product Owners to define and prioritize product requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to define their business goals and requirements.

  • Developing business requirements and creating functional and technical specifications for further implementation.

  • Analyze and create integration requirements for APIs and payment systems for the product.

  • Analyze internal company processes for increased efficiency and develop new processes.

  • Creating BPMN diagrams to visualize both business processes and technical integrations.


Additional Advantages

  • Experience working with clients in the LATAM financial sector.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in payment systems.

  • Understanding or close work experience with compliance regulatory and legal specialists.


This role involves close collaboration with management to develop business processes, contribute to growth, and improve company efficiency.
